Eros International ready for ‘Aladin’ sequel

Eros International, the London listed leading Indian film entertainment studio with a global distribution network, has officially announced about making sequel to Amitabh Bachchan-Ritesh Deshmukh starrer ‘Aladin’.

This biggest surprise has thrown debutant filmmaker Sujoy Ghosh into extreme joy as not all newcomers in tinsel town are prized with such offers. According to the sources, the producers have been much pleased with the stylish make of ‘Aladin’ fairy tale.

Brimmed with more confidence, the producers of Eros International have announced the sequel much prior to film’s release. The sequel will be produced in collaboration with Boundscript Pictures at a big budget.

Speaking on the development of sequel, Kishore Lulla, Chairman & Managing Director, Eros International has said, “Our production house doesn’t get worried about the fate of this product at the box office but we will continue to invest our faith in such films which can be watched across the globe and Aladin 2 will be a bigger challenge in every aspect as it will be many times more than Aladin 1.”

‘Aladin’ features Amitabh Bachchan, Ritesh Deshmukh, Jackie Fernandes and Sanjay Dutt in lead roles.
